Photo links are included with your inquiry and work for 90 days. Anyone with a link can view the photo. Please avoid photos of people, documents, or other sensitive information.
Photos are stored in private cloud storage and are used to understand your project. Links require an unguessable access token; they are not listed in a public gallery. Submitted photos are re-encoded to remove embedded metadata, including location data. Unfinished uploads expire after one hour; completed photo links expire after 90 days. Expired files are cleaned up during storage activity. To request earlier removal, contact Ricki directly.
